Especially when your boss is behind you and refuses to renegotiate the coaching portion of your contract, which runs out at the end of this year, and has said nothing "warm" about doing so.

wasn't the original plan for big nellie to put in three years and then hand the reigns off to little donnie? and i thought this was the way nellie wanted it, not necessarily cuban, but i could be wrong...

I think that the common perception around the league right now is that Donn is a far better coach than Don. If he does not get snubbed by Cuban, Donn (not Don) would get hired in seconds.
