A Question
Alright, is there anyway in which I can force the computer to allow me to take over control of another team? I want to take over the first expansion team that comes into hte league, but it always says "No". CAn anyone offer some insight?

Your ability to take over any new team is based on your past success. Start a career with an established team that will have good success in 2000 and 2001, then you should be good for 2002 expansion.
