WANTED: Multiplayer Commish For IHOF

The IHOF Multiplayer league looks like it is getting ready to roll, but we suffered a setback with Vegas Vic being unable to move forward as commish. We're looking for a few candidates who'd be willing to lead this rabble. Most of us agree that we need someone willing to be a strong leader--to listen to feed back, but to make most of the little decisions on his own, and to be quick about gathering feedback, setting up polls, etc., when big decisions are needed. Please post in this thread if you are interested.

Well, I have 6 years experience in being a commish of an on-line league (EA's NBA Live series) and I have the urge to run a league again, but I've haven't spent anytime looking at FOF's mulitplayer stuff. I'll start doing research on the procedures, and if you guys are interested, just let me know...

I think we should go with a commish with a real stake in the league, ie an owner. I nominate Cuervo.

regardless, after reading the impending probs regarding rosters and their moves whoever it is may want to wait to get started anyways. Im thinking about throwing the pause button on the USFL so taht we dont get into the regular season prior to the next patch which we are all praying will fix this stuff.

Dear Commisioner,

As your sidekick cronie, I think it would be in the best nature of the USFL to keep this on the down low. Perhaps we should consider calling this sort of "pause" an "extended trading period". And perhaps we could all gather in a large, brown building filled with war rooms. War rooms that are of course filled with donuts and MORE donuts. That way Homer will never know what's really going on. What do ya think??

Sincerely,
Dick Vermeil

it doesnt matter to me, honesty is always my best policy. If waiting is needed than so be it. I havnt concluded anything because the gurus seem to be absent as of late on here. Look at how far down the post on the problem actually is. i hate bumping myself.
