Way-fm out of Nashville is a good one, "listen online" link in the left-hand top corner.

Another place with several links.

One more.

shoutcast.com gives you a lot of options, including searching for "christian" http://www.shoutcast.com/directory/?s=christian

If you have a yahoo account, Launch is the way to go. You can create your own 'radio station' by selecting the artists and songs you want to hear.

Spinner has a free advanced version called Radio at Netscape Plus. They have five different inspirational channels, Christian, Modren Christian, Mod Gospel, Southern Gospel, and Traditional Gospel.

It's not my cup of tea, but they seem to have broad playlists on the channels I listen to.
