Sue the restaraunt? Thats BS. She should be able to sue whoeverpoked her, but is it the restaraunts fault they couldnt accomodate a 650 pound woman? even if she made it into the bathroom what was she going to do? How many bathrooms do you know of that she could have used a stall?
