Fire Emblem Heroes: Who else is playing?

I know SackAttack and I are playing and this seems to be right up our alley... It plays like previous fire emblem games with no permadeath and free to play trappings, with characters from all the past FE games...

Anyone know what the heart icon means when it appears on the character icon?

I think it means they have a gift for you.

The one on the icon is auto-favorite. I believe it is set to 4 stars. When the hearts are bubbling up from a character on the main screen you have a gift.

Thanks. I knew about the bubbling hearts, but the heart-icon was a new one for me. What's interesting is I got them on a couple characters I summoned yesterday (first time I'd done that), and they are indeed 4-stars. However characters I already had that I've boosted up to 4-stars don't have it. I'm assuming this is just a cosmetic thing rather than having any impact on gameplay...

You can also manually turn the heart on or off to favorite a character. You have to click the + sign in the upper left when viewing them I think.

It isn't just cosmetic in that any character that has the heart cannot be "accidentally" merged or sent home.

It is under the Misc menu on the home screen, then FAQ. There is a Change Nickname option.
