Maybe I'm the only one wondering, If she is out every night screwing around and you are out with your friends, who the heck is watching the kids? How old are they?

I guess a baby sitter, seems weird.

Best thing you can do is hire an attorney and take their advice. Seems like in all the cases of friends that I know who had a divorce, the nice person got absolutely hammered by the legal system.
