User/Strategy GUide for FOF 2004 yet?

Other than the help files, has there been a user or strategy guide released as there was for earlier versions, such as the one on Dark Killers site?

I haven't seen a strat guide like the one available for FOF2 for any version since.

Maybe in time someone will put all of information together. But since we are still basically figuring all of this out, it probably won't be for awhile.
