Where the heck do I find the big list of all of the team prestiges listed in order? I know it used to be there in previous versions, is it gone now?!?!??

You can generally find it at the beginning of a season at the "New Jobs". That has a rundown of the list of everyone

From the menu, 'Records' -> 'Team Performances' will show you all the current prestige levels.
