Interesting. Wondering what this part exactly means:

—Amateur teams or event sponsors to award money beyond an athlete's expenses based on the performance of that athlete or team in all sports, not just tennis;

Its a long held, deeply hidden NCAA secret that collegiate tennis players get paid huge amounts of money. Big time slip up on their part to let this out in the open.

I hope there's a limit on award money. That could be a hell of a loophole.
