Alright, had the follow up today.
Head is good, sinuses are a wreck...so I have Menieres and it is being compounded by some serious sinus issues. MRI showed it in the areas where my headaches have been and it is bad enough that it could cause the dizziness as well. He is going to treat the sinus issues immediately. He is hoping this fixes everything but he is also a little surprised at how my ears are working / affecting things as well. On my right ear, the cochlear is broke, not working, hence why I am deaf (Consider this the right side of my inner ear). In the left ear it's the left side of the inner ear that isn't working properly. It's setting my body into craziness, but he has stated that once we get the issues squared out the body/brain will adjust and help.

I realize that's not "great" news, but compared to what it could have been, I think it's not all that bad. Hang in there, Dennis.
