The 2043 FOOL-X Classic is set!

We have a rematch of the 2042 Classic that saw the Havana Banana Sluggers defeat the New York Legends five games to three. This year it is Havana that enters with the best record in baseball. Can New York return the favor of the upset defeat?

Layar might be the first player I remember seeing from New Guinea in this league. Wicaksono is in desperate need of a nickname though!

The new file is up!

Have a good weekend everyone (for those in the U.S. have a good 3 day weekend).

My wife is going out of town on Saturday for a week, so I am hoping to finish up my pitching development research that I've been working on. (Nothing like endless hours of number crunching to pass the time!)

Great season to all!

I love these game 9 showdowns!

Happy 3 day weekend to Albertain's too....Monday is Family Day! It's sort of like Festivous, but not as trendy and without the aluminum pole. (the filing of grievences and wrestling are not manditory, but pretty much inevitable)

Edit: oh, and a big congrats to New York!!

Heh, heh... Sorry spot. I feel your pain. I have been trapped behind teams having great runs myself.

FWIW, I slug bananas, so I am not sure they would help.

Congrats on a great season.

I think this is the point I raise my fist to the sky and yell, "Yamaguchiiiiiiii!!!!"

My most talented pitcher. Under developed for years, with results to match. Finally develops, but still underperforms. Then he gets worse in the playoffs.

Figures it would come down to him.

Big time congrats, Matt. You got this year, I got last year. Rubber match next season? We'll see.

Good luck this offseason.
