November 2011 Recap
The season started off rough with a 1-point loss to NJIT, a game we expected to win but Sattler really struggled from the field going 3 for 10. Our next game was against Bryant, another team we thought we should beat, but we started off slow and never recovered. We got our first win of the season at Brown after shooting 51% from the field with 5 guys scoring in double figures. We lost Rex Welty to a badly sprained ankle in the win. Unfortunately we were unable to gain any momentum and lost to Albany a couple days later as they shot 54% from the field. We finished off the month with a nice two game win streak with wins at Hartford and at Fordham. Sattler was key scoring 39 and grabbing 28 rebounds in both games combined. On the recruiting front we were able to sign 2-star recruit C German Coronado and 1-star recruit Eldridge Qualls. Coronado is a solid post defender with some a decent offensive game, he should have an immediate impact. Qualls will likely convert to point guard with his superb passing skills and top end defense on the perimeter. Schedule Code:

December 2011 Recap
The month of December started off with a brutal 4-game losing streak including a 98-49 loss at Syracuse. The skid led to a change in the Hoye's gameplan as the staff decided to start pounding it inside to Sattler and McNeil. The dividends seem to payoff as the Black Knights won 3 of their last 5. SF Charles Freeman, a 1-star recruit, signed with the Black Knights. Freeman looks to be a solid defender with some ok offensive skills. Team Schedule Code:
