Windows Phone 7 Series Marketplace info

Some great articles from Engadet on WinPhone7 on the Silverlight tech and graphics chip:

A Netflix app with "Watch Now" capability (AWESOME!):

Netflix announced for Windows Phone 7 Series -- Engadget

WinPhone7 Marketplace (very nice):

Windows Phone Marketplace for Windows Phone 7 Series unveiled -- Engadget

WinPhone7 development parters, including Associated Press, EA Mobile, Foursquare, Namco, Pandora, Seesmic, Shazam, and Sling:

Microsoft announces Windows Phone 7 Series dev partners: Sling, Pandora, Foursquare and more (updated) -- Engadget

And WinPhone7 push notifications, done like WebOS, but at the top of the screen:

WOW... forget Android or the iPhone for my next phone. This is jaw droppingly amazing stuff.

From what I'd heard of Win7 it did look to be pretty sweet. I'll have to check out the Engadget stuff...by the time Win7 rolls out this phone I have will likely be feeling its age.

Interesting.

I wonder why Nintendo won't put out a phone. I'm sure they would do well with it.
