Anyone interested in this game or strategy games in general should listen to this week's Three Moves Ahead podcast. They interview Chris Park(x4000) about the game. It's a great interview.
Three Moves Ahead Episode 37 – Chris Park and AI War: Fleet Command Really great podcast in general if you're a fan of strategy games. |

I would suggest playing on Fast & Dangerous game speed. Otherwise the game can be a bit boring while ships are moving and everything is queued up.
I'd also like to mention that AI War has a great interface. One of the best strategy game interfaces I've used. It's a pleasure to find nifty new interface features every time I load the game up. This game is partially great because the interface makes the game a pleasure to play most of the time. |
