Maybe it's a regional thing, but I actually hear it around here as well. Regardless of where the person saying it from, it makes me want to slap them.


(Not really related, but I hate it when people use the word "paradigm" multiple times in an "intellectual" conversation.)

This is pretty fitting. Recently, a guy name Hugh started in my office.

His supervisor is this really annoying lady (a classic yinzer for people with Pittsburgh ties) and pronounces it "ewe".

She'll be pointing something out in our mgmt meetings...and say "ewe did so and so"...and we all look around like "you? or you? or me?" who is she talking about?

I was just about to make a thread similar to this, so I'm glad this got bumped up.

What's really been driving me crazy lately is people who use punctuation like this:

This drives me insane.I hate when people don't use spaces.It's so much harder to read,you know,when there are no spaces.

But now, I've come across something even worse.
