Call of Duty Moden Warfare 2 Presitge Edition to include working Night Vision Goggles

I'm not going to spend however much this costs but wow, talk about an innovative idea that'll get a lot of people to part with a lot of extra money.

Robert Bowling, community manager for developer Infinity Ward, unveiled the bonus items in a videotaped unboxing of the game.

The "fully functioning" night-vision goggles aren't the only special item packaged with a Prestige Edition of Modern Warfare 2. Bowling says consumers will get a token to download the original Call of Duty game as well as an art book titled Behind the Lines: The Art of Modern Warfare 2. The game will also come packaged inside a metallic case.

No word from Infinity Ward on what this edition will cost. Consumers can also purchase a Hardened Edition of the game, which includes everything but the goggles.

That sucks. I was expecting a G36C with three magazines and a few smoke grenades with the prestige edition. What a rip-off.

I can probably buy the same thing just with the Spy Kids logo on it at Toys R Us.
