lol, I was wondering why we didn't have more sign ups, then I realized they only show the top 10 unless you expand the standings.

LOL...me and your wife have the same taste in champion picks. Should I be frightened or enthused?

'no pick' has already been eliminated in the championship game for you.

Missed Texas A&M and LSU, but I have them both losing this next round anyway...

The only team I picked in yesterday's games who lost that I had advancing to the Sweet 16 was Northern Iowa. I had picked Mississppi State as well, for a 12/13 matchup in the 2nd round, but I had UConn beating the winner, so limited damage there.

Picked Cal and Butler, as well, but I had them losing to Memphis and UNC in the second round, respectively.

Wait? Seriously, there are only 3 of us who have Louisville as winner? Anyways, decided to do a quick breakdown since I was curious what FOFC thought:

NCarolina 13
Memphis 7

Pitt 3
Louisville 3

Duke 2
Michigan St 2
Gonzaga 2

UConn 1
Oklahoma 1
Blank 1 (sorry, Neuqua)

I keep flipping between UNC and Memphis (I have one in this bracket, and the other in the other bracket I've done).

I'm currently in 15th spot, but only 5 people have more possible points remaining. I missed a lot of the close first round games.

Our distribution is pretty different from the yahoo national results.

Looks like we had 34 picks, of which 5% or more picked one of 7 teams.
Nationally, only five teams got 5% or more (UNC, Lville, Pitt, Memphis, UConn)

Looks like Louisville (and Pitt) suffered here at the hands of Memphis, which was over 20% of our picks but only 9% nationally. Our other outliers are random picks like Duke, Michigan State, and Gonzaga.

Oh this is just frackin beautiful.

I'm in the group lead, got 7 of the Elite 8 right, just one miss:
Duke, who in this particular bracket I picked to win the whole thing.

I'm up to 6th, and have the second most remaining points left.

7th place here, but have some others with higher possible points, still have three of my final four teams alive though.

What I find funny is that despite one side of the bracket being completely empty, I am still not in last place.

What I find funny (in a profane sort of way) is that I went from being a heartbeat from leading this thing after the Sweet Sixteen to trailing somebody who left an entire regional blank after the Elite Eight.

That is some major fucking-over.

Thanks a lot, Michigan State, North Carolina, Syracuse and Villanova.

It looks like the scenario generator says:

North Carolina/UConn final
NC win -cmp
UConn win - Jeheinz72

North Carolina/Michigan State final
NC win - Jim Cramers' Bracket Picks
Michigan State win - Football Frontier

UConn/Villanova final
UConn win - Jeheinz72
Nova win - cmp

Michigan State/Villanova final
Football Frontier wins regardless

Wow. I just need NC to win and my journey from worst to first is complete . I don't think I've ever missed so many early round picks and still had a chance to win.
