HP df820a4 (Digital Photo Frame) and Mac/SD card help
My mom purchased the HP df820a4 digital photo frame for my grandmother for Christmas. She put a bunch of photos and music from her Mac onto an SD memory card, which the photo frame is supposed to be able to read.
The frame claims to just insert the memory card and you're good to go. Naturally, the damned frame isn't reading the bloody memory card. Anybody have this particular model and have success with any kind of memory card working with it? Or some type of workaround to get this one to work? It's the second year in a row Mom's tried getting my grandmother a digital photo frame but none of them seem to work.

Did she format the card from the Mac? Most come formatted (in pretty standard FAT if I recall correctly), but can be reformatted to something else that other devices can't read. Have you tried the memory card in a camera?
