Born in '76, so really didn't get into music until late '80s, BUT once I did, became a fan of all decades, so:

70's = Led Zep
80's = Talking Heads, Pixies
90's = Toadies, Jackopierce, Tripping Daisy, Baboon
00's = remnants of aforementioned '90s bands still around, plus Amos Lee, Ryan Bingham, Bruce Springsteen, Killers (up until this latest album, which I'm still trying to make grow on me...)

Toadies is a good call, they were a very underrated band IMO. I also liked the Neurotic Outsiders made up of guys from GnR, Duran Duran and the Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols. Only one Album, but it was a very solid 90's punk piece.

Yea, Toadies are probably my favorite. Also a hometown band, so I've seen them 35-40 times live over the years. (I know, I know, semi-groupie....) They are actually back together and just released a new album in August. "No Deliverance" Check it out!

70s - Queen, Eagles
80s - Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Van Halen
90s - Goo Goo Dolls
00's - The Darkness (I barely follow popular music now)

Def Leppard would be my favorite in 80s, 90s, 00s if we are allowed to repeat.
