Visual Studio and Windows Vista

I recently got a new PC and I have Windows Vista installed on it. Microsoft says that Visual Studio .NET 2003 is not supported on Vista, saying...

While Visual Studio 2003 is not supported on Windows Vista if you choose to run it then we advise you to do the following:
  • Run Visual Studio with elevated administrator permissions
  • Be a member of the "Administrators" group on the local machine
  • Right-click the Visual Studio icon and select the "Run as administrator" option from the context menu
I did all of this. When I run Visual Studio, I'm getting a window saying "This program has known compatibility issues". Looking at the issues, there doesn't seem to be anything to worry about, but I figured I'd get some input from people anyway. Would I just be better off upgrading to 2005? Or waiting for the 2008 version?

If you can wait for 2008, they are on beta 2 right now..
