Yes - the context has changed. How the artwork is created is an integral part of what the artwork is. However, neither situation is inherently more pornographic than the other.

Certainly - without consent the artwork is a violation of the subject. That's not to say the artwork wouldn't have value, but the nature of the work changes completely in this scenario.
