Treadmill Choreography

I had never heard of this band called OK Go before but the video for their song 'Here it goes again' caught my eye. It involves them doing a routine on several treadmills which is impressive enough but they do it in a single take which makes it all the more remarkable.

It is just amazing. Check it out.

Yeah, somoene posted that in the youtube thread and i passed it around with some friends of mine.

They had a single song i liked a few years back ("Get Over It") .. but their sound is just a little too generic rock for my tastes. Great video though, one of the all time great low-budget videos.

They performed it at the VMAs

The term "single take" makes me think they walked up to the treadmills and just blew it away on the first try. I am sure it was mutiple takes. It single shot video though.

"Get Over It" was/is a much better song. When it came out my son Andrew was about 3 and he loved it. He used to sing along with the song until the day he used the word "bitch" in his pre-school class.

Whoops.

I liked their first album much, much better. But hey, make a funny/cool video, and next thing you know, you're on the Colbert Report.

I agree completely. A "shot" and a "take" are two different things. Then again, maybe they did get it right on the first recorded try. That would be pretty impressive.

The guy in the pink shirt is so awesome. He's the only reason why I've watched this video like 8 times. It seems like he's really enjoying himself.
