Cant Make Bid For Scout or Coach

Hi,

I'm unable to make a bid for a scout or coach. I'm unable to type anything in the text boxes for year of amount, can't even get the cursor to show up in there.

I'm running Win2k Server.

Originally, I thought I had the same problem, but it turns out (and this may be what you are doing wrong) when it says yes next to the scout/coaches name, it doesn't mean "Yes they will sign with you" as in the last game, but it means "Yes, they are contracted with another team"

You can only sign (or make offers) to scouts/coaches that have a no next to their name, meaning "No they are not currently contracted with anybody"
