Who will the 49ERS Draft?
With Erickson at the helm I wonder who San Fran will draft ...will they improve their defense or go offense crazy .?
I think they will find an ''heir'' to Garcia ...possibly Grossman or Simms? They will probably draft a DL for the first round ...who will probably bust ....like McGrew ..

If they go DL in the first round, I dont think Grossman will be available at their pick in the 2nd, though Simms could.
I expect to see a WR in the 3rd of 4th. 1 WR, 1 QB and alot of defense IMO. |

If Boller is there they take him. If they are set on QB, they should trade back or out of the 1st round to very eary second.

WR is cleary a priority. They're going to cut Stokes and Streets knows he was available for trade. Owens is the only one with a future there. I think they'll go WR in either rounds 1 or 2.

I will be really disappointed if they take Boller - they need to much right now at DL, OL, WR.
Garcia has at least 3 good years left - Boller wouldn't even start until his first contract was out - in today’s NFL you need your first rounder to play immediately. |
