Mount Rushmore: FOFC

I was thinking about the FOFC today and who I thought were the essential best FOFC posters. Then I realized that I hadn't seen a Rushmore thread in a long time. I figured it was past time to put our hands together with the Mount Rushmore of FOFC!!!

Here are my own choices:

WSUCougar: I wanted a poster who posted a lot of games, had some great ideas, and has really worked hard to elevate the level of discussion here at FOFC. Although there are several gamesmiths here on the board, WSUCougar goes down as running the best game ever in my opinion - The States Game where every state was in competition with each other. Good stuff!

Godzillablitz: I wanted to recognize a great dynasty poster, one of the classics, and I think that there was none better than GB. From X-Com to the Golden Helmets, GB has proven that he is a way better and funnier writer than any of us here.

Vulcan: I wanted to reward the single best post I've ever read. Honestly, I've only laughed once on this board so hard my sides split, and it was good ol' Vulcan that brought it to us.

Kodos: For no other reason than running the Golden Scribes for a while. Kodos has been more than willing to jump in and help out. Polls, dynasties, games, and awards - Kodos was near the top in many different categories for me, and I felt that deserved some honor here.

You don't have to choose based on any criteria other than your own, these are just my choices.

In all seriousness, this place feels more like home to me than Ypsilanti, so I want to thank you for that.

I'd agree with WSUCougar and Kodos.

I'd throw in Hell Atlantic just because he's so blatantly honest and not afraid to speak his mind. He's also a lightning rod for controversy and discussion.

It's funny you mention Vulcan. I was just thinking about Maximus the other day and what happened. It's been, what, two months?

quiksand - FOF knowledge, often makes the same arguments I'm trying to make, just a lot more clearly and convincingly, poker knowledge, great dynasty writer

primelord - poker knowledge above all else to me, but how can you not list the "solecismic liason" here?

Kodos - threads about hot chicks, the most entertaining dynasty I've ever read(gatesville, not the paint chips, that's a close second though), and polls. Who doesn't love a poll?

WSUCougar - good clean fun, whether it be a brilliant song parody or reindeer games or any of the other many games WSU has started and run here.

Wonder how long it takes this thread to begin flaming?

Not sure who I'd take out... but I'd have to add:

Quiksand: How someone can have me glued to the screen whether it's Bird Watching, Horse Racing, Football, Soccer, or Poker... Not to mention his breadth of knowledge and logical thinking is valuable in so many threads. Plus he's been around a LONG time (like me).
EaglesFan27: Excellent dynasty poster, one of the few I HAVE to read.
M_GO_BLUE: Great guy, great sense of humor, very active poster...
Senator: I'd just like to recognize the gentlemen from FOFC...

Any grouping which doesn't include QuikSand and SkyDog is a questionable grouping to me. The last two slots could go a million different ways, most of which I'd agree with.

Most of which would be filled by me.

Because I'm awesome.

Don't worry. You're a shoe-in for Mount Postmore.

Thanks to the guys who mentioned me. I don't know that we particularly need a Mount Rushmore for this category, but it's nice to be appreciated by some folks.

P.S. If they ever do carve out Mount Rushmore with me on it, I hope there is a waterfall that simulates the drooling...
