Has anyone ever played this game? The concept seems at least somewhat interesting.

It does seem intriguing and it's free, so I might check it out some time. I'll probably download now, and keep this on my hard drive for the time I'm inclined to play it.

I played it a little bit. I can't comment on whether it's any good, though, because it's so overwhelming. I don't think I have the patience to grasp everything in the game.

Wow! I decided to take a quick peek at this game(?) and the amount of information is close to overwhelming. There is actually a 1 day workshop (for 500$) offered by the developers of the game to learn how to use this game in a variety of ways. I wonder how many takers they have for the workshop.

It was written originally for college administration and not intended as a game but as a training simulation. Chances are in that capacity they do get takers for the workshop.
