Increasing Turnovers

hi all,

I'm looking for any advice on how I might get my defense to increase turnovers. My teams D is really strong, but can't really generate a lot of turnovers. I run a 4-3 as I have a very solid defensive line (overall ratings 84, 50, 69, 72)), strong linebackers (72, 72, 57) and an good secondary (cb - 66, 56 S- 72, 71, nickle back 64).

All my secondary has 50+ ratings in Interceptions.

However, i only had 13 interceptions last year. The highest guy had 3. At the season end, I had the best pass D based on YPG and yardage, but again I think i should be generating many more turnovers.

Any help/advice is appreciated.

Good defenses tend to have shorter drives against them. Shorter drives mean less plays, less plays means less chances for an interception or a fumble. That might be the case for your team.

I don't know how to increase INT's other than to get players with a better INT rating, but the best way to increase fumbles is to cause more sacks, because QB's cough it up all the time.

Going way back here on prior FOF versions, but a high INT rating especially for the FS might be important. Maybe upping the aggressive pass defense?? Getting guys with punishing hitter ratings to create fumbles?? Just guessing though.
