I think we need a Team Psychologist to keep track of relationships between all the players and position leaders.

AFC & NFC West: Grid Iron

I will be in charge of the eastern divisions, as well as the overall lead scout. Rookie scouting will be a group effort, although it will probably be broken down by position.

Edit: Also, We'll all be responsible for scouting our own team. It will be good to have as many eyes as possible on the team.

I'm going to be a season ticket holder, you need a voice from the fans...

I was just trying to think what I could actually do and nothing is jumping out at me. Do we need a "financial advisor", someone who is in charge or negotiating contracts, or is PrimeLord going to take care of that (I'd assume so)? Perhaps a team chemistry/cohesion advisor or something? Maybe these two "minor jobs" until the draft file is available and then I could be the leade college scout etc. I also think it may be interesting to have a second historian/statistician to give a second perspective. You'd never know whether or not you like oranges if all you ate were apples.

The distribution of this list does not make the end of our task. Indeed, anyone who wants to be involved will be able to get the game files, and contribute as much as you like.

The last time we did this, there were plenty of people who got involved as we went along, ended up taking on some particular role (or not) but still had a good time along the way. I think there's plenty of room for participants... fear not.

Mike47,

I think the role of .. hrmm.. let's call it.. "Personel advisor" would be very good.. you could keep track of three main things:

1) Keep an eye on contracts, clauses, etc, etc
2) Team Chemistry -- who hates who, etc, etc
3) Monitor House Rules data -- we have several house rules based on player data (how long they've been with the team, loyalty, play for winner, chemsitry with others, fan opinion, etc) that it would be nice if in the offseason you let us know how each player applies to the rules..

And again, for you and anyone else who wants to participate, you don't need a title to give input.. the titles just help to organize things and have someone that gives the final say -- anarchy does not work on a football team, even if some like it for a form of government

Sounds good to me. I'm also willing to work as a second statistical advisor if you guys think it would be a good idea. I don't want to be stepping on anyone's toes or anything! :-) Perhaps weighing a player's statistical importance and comparing it to his cohesion/chemistry (or lack-there-of).

Also, if I may, I would like to appoint WTSisco as my asst. Personel Advisor. He is a friend of mine who is interested in getting involved. He will be registering with the forum shortly.

Very excited to get started,

Mike47

I'm fine as the South scout, and I plan to put the Stars and Bars on the back of my pickup.

Wild but true: yesterday we adopted a new dog named Dixe !

Seriously, what are my duties ?

sorry i haven't repiled earlier, weird weekend.

Thank God I'm doing Wide Receivers. I've been pretty good with them im my FOF careers, pretty much the only thing I'm good at.

Does this mean I need to scout them too and designate #1, 2... and what if any their percent in the offense should be. Just making sure I cover all the bases.

Yes Easy.. your responsibility is more once we have players, but your input is more than welcome on what players we should retain/go out and get..
