Be wary of free tax filing online

i was working on my fiances taxes using a free service online, and the state form for oklahoma was messed up. I was missing one line item. this item is a checkbox that you check, if you do not meet the minimum federal filing requrements. She does not and should get all of her state income tax back. However, using this online software, she was not going to recieve 30+ dollars back. just fyi, you should be careful when doing your taxes using a free service.

The site in question was turbotax freedom. i sent them a request to look into it, and they stated that she would have to mail her taxes in to the state in order to get all of her refund. pretty rediculous if you ask me
