This past week was a challenge. I was down in DC for work, and when I go down there with a bunch of co-workers, it usually ends up with a lot of drinking and eating at good restaurants. There also tends to not be time to go to the gym. I was proud of myself though...I only grabbed a couple beers during two of the nights, and I went to the gym everyday. My eating was good. Toast/fruit for breakfast, turkey/grilled chicken sandwiches with no cheese for lunch, and differing dinners, none of which I'd say were close to unhealthy. That's pretty much as good as I eat when I'm home, so I can't complain.

Start: 221.5 lbs (5/27/08)
Last week: 202.5 lbs (8/3/08)
Current: 201 lbs (8/11/08)
Goal: 190 lbs (12/6/08)

I now weigh less than I have since I was probably 14 or 15 years old, which makes me feel pretty good. I think I'm at the point where I have to start incorporating more strength training into my workout, so that will be my goal this week.
