I'll jump back in this as well. I had a mountain of work in April that had me keeping some strange hours, eliminated my workouts, and introduced more caffeine and bad meals back into the diet. That was followed up by our adopting a baby girl in May, with the standard lack of sleep and free time that goes with the intro to parenting.

The good news is that I only put on about three pounds from my bottom weight - checked in at 172.6 this morning. I would love to get down to 165 and think this is very doable. Right now I'm drinking about two cans of Coke a day and paying relatively little attention to my diet. I'm starting back up on the treadmill this week, looking to get four workouts of 20-40 minutes per day in after Addison goes to bed (she is a good sleeper).
