I do indeed use excel to make the camp analysis. Now that I do that, I almost can't imagine playing the game without doing so... watching closely to see what players see their future potential go way down or slightly up seems very important to me.
As of yet, I haven't even automated the process -- I just paste it in from a text file, and quickly add the "comparison" columns I need. The whole thing takes maybe five minutes to assemble.
Might be a nice utility, though... and I have to imagine it would be fairly easy to create, using the two text files as the inputs.
