You have to play much better than we do tonight in order to beat the best team in the nation. As it is, we come closer to winning than we deserve to come.
Wayne Bradhold and
Dan O'Halloran battle all evening long, and both big men have their moments. It's not terribly rare for Bradhold to take only two shots. He averages only four field goal attempts per game. It's the other things he does that make Wayne one of the two or three big men the pros covet most.
We shoot terribly, especially from behind the arc, and
Kai Smith endures a nightmare of a game. Against top opponents, as Kai goes, so go the Wildcats; that's becoming abundantly clear.
