Yeah, I was surprised Sagan was DQd. Thought even the 80 points penalty was harsh - relegate to last in the stage and fine seemed right to me. The incident with Cav was more a lack of awareness to me than outright recklessness.

Although i have read that he also caused the crash that took down G, Froome and other main contenders with about 1.5k to go too, which if it was the case and that was reckless, you can see the rationale for the DQ a little more.
