They're angry. Their concern might register as a 2, 3 tops, but mostly just angry. The word "absurd" has been used a lot in the past couple of weeks.
His exact words to me earlier tonight (after a largely fruitless grocery run attempt) were "I expect to see the APC's patrolling the streets any minute now" ... and I did not get the sense they'd take that particularly kindly.
