I finish building up Biham Binary, next here is Food 7 and Housing 8

Nov – Chiron I is colonized, I name it Chiron Quality. We have a few other planets in the system. It has a Dreadlord Archive; I leave it untouched. I spend 279 to hire a social 9 to run this:
