2/12/03 - away at Morecambe, 2nd in the Conference. Offiong is a little worn and skips this game in favor of Killeen, with Meechan on the bench. With the last kick of the game does Elvis Hammond of Morecambe get the ball behind keeper Parry, and we lose 0-1.

6/12/03 - away at rivals Yeovil, 5th in the Conference. We get a penalty when Yeovil's Skiverton was caught holding Offiong's shirt on a corner. Stepanovs converted calmly and we were in the lead, 1-0. The home team tied the score in the 53rd minute and we were content with playing for a draw, but got a lucky break in the 78th minute when Offiong beat an offside trap and made no mistake alone with the keeper. A huge 2-1 win!

Leyton Orient sign former Scottish national John Collins on free transfer.

13/12/03 - at home vs Northwich Vics, 19th in the Conference. The Trickies proved to be a relative pushover as we beat them 4-1, with goals from Offiong, Odejayi (2) and substitute Killeen.

20/12/03 - at home vs Scunthorpe, 16th in the Conference. In the 33rd minute was Offiong put through by Paulinho on a breakaway, only to have his shot saved by the keeper. Odejayi pounced on the rebound and hit the empty net for the 1-0 lead. Then he scored a second goal in the 79th minute and we win 2-0.

Barnet offer our coach Julian Carrera a job with them, we will receive £7000 if the deal goes ahead.

23/12/03 - away at Nuneaton Borough, 14th in the Conference. Offiong is tired and sits on the bench today while Killeen plays. Disaster strikes in the 26th minute as Paulinho manages to put the ball into our own goal. However, he redeems himself with a 40-yd run along the right flank before scoring on an adacious 25-yd lob over their keeper. Nuneaton takes the lead again on a corner in the 67th minute. We start attacking and put in Russell and Offiong, but that only results in another goal for the opponents and a 1-3 loss.

Carrera accepts the offer from Barnet, and we have to search for a new coach.

26/12/03 - at home vs Leigh RMI, 10th in the Conference. They score twice in the second half and we don't come closer, despite having 3 attackers at the end, than a Stepanovs header to make the final score 1-2.

We sign Arthur Molineux as the new Forest Green coach.
