Alrighty. I'll change it to 25 then. I've never read an OOTP dynasty. I hope I haven't screwed up everything by setting it to $10M for the quick-sim.
[rant]There you have exhibit "A" on why I dislike the kind of customization present in OOTP. If the developer would just tweak the settings himself to make everything balance out properly, such discussions would be unnecessary. As OOTP stands, they can always be a little lax with the game engine, because "the users can experiment until they get it right."
