By this, you're close. Is this the expected top team in your league, or just one of them? Reason I ask is that if it's just one of them, then you'll find yourself trying to MOTS every league game and your team spirit will hit the bottom quite fast.
If it's the top team and you think you can PIC in your next cup game, then you could try and go for it. I might boost your ratings a few notch. Another thing that could give you a chance is if you are playing a defensice kind of strategy (like a 4-5-1 GO BBORS and PITTBULLS!!!  or a 5-4-1)

This is currently the best team in my series - they run a 5-4-1, and generate their offensive with two very good offensive wingers. I've got reasonable experience in 4-5-1, so I could run that, but then I don't know that I'd generate enough offense to crack that shell... (the projected is from the evil 3-5-2
