I would think it starts with the weekly update that happens in the night from Saturday to Sunday. This would mean that the league game is the first thing to happen in the week.
That would make sense, since when you wanna know who will be
trainable, you look at the last game played by every players and we always consider the weekly friendly to be the last game of the week... Hope I make sense
