From the manual: Throught the course of your managerial career it is possible to switch leagues between enhanced and standard, using the process outlined above.
However, only leagues selected into the save game at the start are able to do this. Meaning - I would think you would at least want all the leagues set to standard or enhanced at the beginning or else you'll never be able to get them back.
I'll see how this setup runs on a P4 2.0 Ghz pc with 512 mb.
