The board is delighted with my performance as manager.

Stewart Downing has won the EPL Player of the Month Award. Jose Antonio Reyes of Arsenal came in 2nd, and Richie Partridge of Coventry came in 3rd.

Middlesbrough's Lee Roberts has won the EPL Young Player of the Month. John Berry of Blackburn came in 2nd, and Antonio Ortega came in 3rd.

Middlesbrough's Mike Newell has won Manager of the Month. Mane' of Chelsea came in 2nd, and Gary Breen of Coventry came in 3rd.
