4 minute mark: Schmidt starts the counter attack.... long pass down the length of the pitch.. Rooney gets to it just before it crosses the endline... centers it for Schreurs in the middle of the box.. he shoots.. just left of the keeper.. the keeper reacts too late.. GOAL!!!! 1-0.

13 minute mark: Djemba passes it into the box.. Rooney has it. puts a spin move on the defender.. shoots.. lower left corner... wide left.

29 minute mark: Grygera bodychecks Clark.. Clark is injured.. Grygera gets a yellow card.

39 minute mark: Rooney gets a yellow card for a trip on Wilson.


Halftime: 1-0 lead for us.


49 minute mark: Grygera with a long pass diagonally across the pitch the left corner... Rooney gets to it.. centers for Alfonso by the near post.. he heads it.. the keeper saves it.

64 minute mark: We have a flurry of shots stopped by the defenders and their keeper.

66 minute mark: Cook on for Fletcher, Godoy on for Rooney, and Ortega on for Schreurs.

73 minute mark: Marchetti gets a yellow card for a push on Hume just outside our box.

80 minute mark: Alfonso passes into the box to Godoy.. he shoots... upper left corner.. the keeper blocks it.

88 minute mark: Alfonso passes to Godoy in the left side of the box.. Godoy draws two defenders.. passes between them to Ortega.. he shoots.... upper right corner... GOAL!!!! 2-0.
