14 minute mark: Downing crosses it to the far post.. Prutton heads it.. over the bar.

16 minute mark: Downing passes to Rooney in the left side of the box.. he shoots.. over the bar.

20 minute mark: Eagles takes a free kick from outside the box, about 25 yards out.. he shoots.. curves around the wall.. into the upper right corner.. GOAL!!!! 1-0.

35 minute mark: Eagles crosses it to the near post.. Defoe heads it.. into the upper right corner.. GOAL!!!! 2-0.

44 minute mark: Prutton passes it to Rooney in the middle of the box.. he blasts a shot into the upper left corner.. no chance for the keeper. GOAL!!!! 3-0.

Halftime: 3-0 lead.

I'm going to rest Rooney with the match firmly in hand. I'm putting Craig King onto the pitch.

60 minute mark: Joe Cole on for Downing. Ledley King on for Wes Brown.

87 minute mark: Joe Cole passes to Craig King in the left side of the box.. he shoots.. powerful wicked curving shot.. upper right corner.. GOAL!!!! 4-0! King is really coming alive!

Game over. 4-0 win for us.
