I realize I’m just an amateur in this thread, but it amuses me the range of charges that come up in these cases. Just in the last several cases posted, we see these:

I haven’t taken the time to dig back and find all the charging references… but it amuses me that the catalog seems to be wide open for policymakers and prosecutors to come up with something that so very specifically fits the circumstance.

I wonder what the “alleged flasher” will eventually get charged with? How about: Improper personal exposure to individuals beneath age of majority in an academic or custodial setting? Oh, yeah, and giving out weed.
