I like that, it’s extremely specific, and very directly inflammatory. Reeks of a micromanaging state legislature, actually. Bonus points to Colorado.

Now that has an old-school, Hester Prynne sort of ring to it. But to me, it lacks the sort of flair that the Colorodans have for theirs.
I haven’t taken the time to dig back and find all the charging references… but it amuses me that the catalog seems to be wide open for policymakers and prosecutors to come up with something that so very specifically fits the circumstance.
I wonder what the “alleged flasher” will eventually get charged with? How about
: Improper personal exposure to individuals beneath age of majority in an academic or custodial setting?
