I'm willing to poke my nose in and second the suggestion of moving Rooney. He's a pain in the ass, and you probably can do something with the $120M or so you get for him.
I also think your board is stupid for not working with Ruud. Everytime you put him on last season he seemed to do something good. Maybe you could keep him on as coach or something like you did with Barthez?
