OK, franchising time. No surprise here: S Dexter Jackson will get our tag, as we continue trade talks with other GMs. We are closing in on a deal, but still keeping our options open.
Pretty pissed we couldnt land a new defensive coordinator, but so it goes. I do like our new scout. The eNFL is very scout-challenged, so I think we landed a decent one, at nearly half the rate of our old scout. Doesn't sound like too big a deal, but should save us about $3-mil overall on the balance sheet.
My guess as to who will be franchised in the next stage. I'm expecting a lot of tags to be used:
