The St. Louis Rams have hired Ian Downs as their new lead scout. He brings a fresh set of eyes to the Rams, and is the first new scout the team has had since 2003. He has a good eye for young players, which comes in handy, as we have 2 first round picks this year.

The Rams did not succeed in bringing in a new defensive coordinator, meaning the embattled David Landon will return his post for a third year with the Rams. When GM Pyser was asked about reluctantly bringing Landon back, he developed a sudden case of amnesia, saying "Landon is an excellent young coach, and we look forward to him continuing his solid career here."
