Yeah, she'd probably be pretty hot without the bruise. The media uses mugshot photos for two reasons: One, they are the easiest to get. Two, the police are quick to get them out because it makes the person look guilty. Her lawyer will be quick to get out more flattering photos (if he/she is worth anything), but the media often acts in the best interest in the prosecution on these cases (because they milk that relationship for info), so mug shots will continue to be the most often used photos.
